Winnie Lee

Winnie Lee has extensive experience in the IT industry. Winnie started their career as an Analyst Programmer at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Winnie then joined BASS Software Ltd in 1999 and held various roles including Systems Analyst/Developer, Service and Support Consultant/Sr Developer, and Project Lead – Service and Support. During their time at BASS Software, they were responsible for managing and troubleshooting support cases for customers, as well as leading the implementation of new clients and upgrades. Winnie also played a key role in developing and supporting the corporate intranet portal. In 2014, Winnie joined Exchange Solutions as a Client Technology Solutions Architect. In this role, they led a team in delivering solutions for a loyalty program and worked as a business analyst and architect for new projects. Winnie also assisted with diagnosing and triaging technical issues.

Winnie Lee completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science at Staffordshire University from 1995 to 1996. In addition, they obtained certifications in Scrum Master and Scrum Fundamentals. The Scrum Master certification was awarded in March 2018 by SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. There is no information available regarding the month and year of obtaining the Scrum Fundamentals certification.
