Xavier Torres has extensive experience in sales and business development. Xavier started their career at American Express as an Account Manager, where they managed key mid-sized merchant accounts and provided consultative advice to increase client net sales. Xavier then moved on to CIBC as a Business Development Manager, responsible for offering payment processing solutions to mid-market and national merchants. Xavier consistently overachieved their targets and played a role in revolutionizing credit policy related to the travel industry.

After working at CIBC, Xavier joined First Data, where they held various roles. As a Corporate Sales Director, they secured the acquiring business of large corporate merchants nationally, exceeded annual bankcard volume sales objectives, and signed the first corporate merchant in FDLCC history. Xavier then became the Senior Director of National Sales for the TD Merchant Alliance, where they built and led a national sales force and provided strategic guidance for identifying and acquiring new opportunities. Finally, Xavier served as Vice President of Global Merchant Sales, where they developed business relationships with global multinational merchants and had an annual revenue target of $1 million.

Xavier also worked as a Principal Consultant at NXT Consulting Services and as the Director of Business Development at Points.com before joining their current company, Exchange Solutions, where they serve as the Vice President and Head of Sales. At Exchange Solutions, Xavier is responsible for designing, building, and operating customer engagement and loyalty programs for clients.
