Kelly Burke

Kelly Burke is a seasoned professional in the credit union industry with extensive experience in digital channels and operational management. Currently, as the Manager of Digital Experience at Excite Credit Union since February 2015, Kelly is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of digital products, ensuring seamless experiences for members and employees. Previous roles include Project Manager for Core Conversion, overseeing major technology transitions, and Call Center Manager, where responsibilities included operational management and digital banking oversight. Prior experience includes serving as VP of eCommerce at Stanford Federal Credit Union, focusing on digital strategy and vendor relationships, and as Director of EFT at First Tech Federal Credit Union, managing a variety of payment services. Education includes studies at Western CUNA Management School and San Jose State University.
