Bruno Antunes

Bruno Antunes has extensive work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and natural language processing. Bruno is currently serving as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Exclaimer. Previously, they worked at Talkdesk where they held several senior director and director positions, overseeing engineering and product development in the AI and customer intelligence areas. Before that, Bruno was the Head of Cognitive Computing at Novabase. Bruno also co-founded Wizdee, where they served as the CTO and played a key role in developing their revolutionary Business Intelligence tool. Bruno's career began as a researcher and research assistant at the Centre for Informatics and Systems of the University of Coimbra. Overall, Bruno has a strong background in AI and NLP and has experience in leading and growing teams, developing innovative products, and driving technology decisions.

Bruno Antunes completed their education at Universidade de Coimbra. Bruno obtained a BSc in Computer Science from 2000 to 2006. Later, they pursued an MSc in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from 2006 to 2007. Finally, they earned a PhD in Information Science and Technology (Artificial Intelligence) from 2007 to 2012.
