Imogen Aird

Imogen Aird has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Imogen is currently working at Exclaimer as a Finance Director since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Group Financial Controller at Exclaimer from July 2020 to December 2021.

Imogen also gained experience as a Contractor, working on various projects for Allocate Software Ltd, Fronde Systems Group Ltd, and Bluebadge Insurance between the years 2015 and 2020. In these roles, they focused on improving financial performance understanding, developing KPI frameworks, preparing reports for management meetings, and providing financial analysis for strategic decision-making.

Imogen served as the Head of Finance at the Australian Institute of Management from 2012 to 2014. During this period, Imogen collaborated with various departments to transform the finance function, providing commercial finance support, pipeline and forecast reporting, and improving month-end processes.

From 2007 to 2011, Imogen worked at SABMiller Plc as the Head of Group Reporting Information, overseeing the provision of high-quality business performance information and managing the reporting process. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Group Accounting & Finance Systems at Elementis Specialties from 2006 to 2007, where they played a key role in transforming the monthly reporting package and implementing Hyperion Financial Management across the group.

Imogen also worked as the Group Accountant at Kidde Plc, a manufacturing company, from 2004 to 2006, where they handled management and statutory reporting, IFRS conversion, and system implementation.

Imogen began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in the technical accounting department. Imogen specialized in the transition from UK GAAP to IFRS and managed audits for various clients in the IT, Manufacturing, and Media industries.

Imogen Aird obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick, having studied from 1994 to 1997.
