Jemma Dawson

Jemma Dawson has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jemma most recently served as the Head of People Engagement at Exclaimer since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead People Business Partner at Virgin Media O2 from December 2022 to August 2023. Jemma also held a role as the Lead People Partner - Strategy on a contract basis at Direct Line Group from March 2022 to December 2022. Jemma has extensive experience in various HR roles, including Head of HR at DUNE ADVISORS LIMITED, Head of HR, Group Functions at Thames Water, and HR Business Partner at Vodafone Business. Jemma has also worked at companies such as AWE, EE, Orange Business, and Ericsson. Jemma has a proven track record of developing HR strategies, implementing business plans, and supporting organizational growth.

Jemma Dawson attended Bedgebury School from 1982 to 1991, where they completed their A Levels and GCSEs. Jemma then pursued higher education at the University of London from 1992 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Sociology. In 1998 to 2000, they studied at the University of West London, focusing on the CIPD program.
