Mariana Urreiztieta

Mariana Urreiztieta has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mariana is currently working at Exclusive Networks as the HR Director for Southern Europe since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Criteo where they held various roles including Senior Change Management Partner in the Transformation Office from March 2020 to October 2021, HRBP for Southern Europe from January 2018 to February 2020, and HR Operations Executive for Southern Europe from April 2017 to December 2017. Before joining Criteo, Mariana worked at Vistaprint as an HR Operations professional from May 2016 to April 2017. Their career started at D'Empaire, where they worked as a Labour & Employment Law Associate from October 2009 to July 2015.

Mariana Urreiztieta holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from EAE Business School, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, completing it from 2005 to 2009. In 2012, they also specialized in Labor Law, earning a degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Mariana has also obtained additional certifications, including the Internal Coach Training Program from CTI Global Iberia in 2019 and the DISCOVER Behaviour & motivators: train-the-trainer certification from DISCOVER by Mastermind in 2018.
