Debbie Dettmer

Debbie Dettmer is an experienced risk management professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Risk Manager at Exclusive Resorts since March 2022, Debbie also holds the position of President at D & D Ventures, LLC, established in August 2019 to offer risk management and insurance consulting services. Prior to this, Debbie spent over 35 years at FCC Services, culminating as Managing Director, where responsibilities included claims management, loss prevention, and insurance program negotiations. Debbie was actively involved in the CPCU Society as a past chair of the Loss Control Interest Group and past-president of the Colorado Chapter of CPCU. A graduate of Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Insurance, Debbie has contributed significantly to the field through various roles and speaking engagements.
