Magali Villenave

Magali Villenave has been serving as Directrice de l’innovation at Exco since 2002, where the role involves guiding organizations collaboratively through significant innovation and transformation challenges in a rapidly changing world, with a strong focus on socio-ecological issues and sustainable development. Villenave has held various positions at Exco, including Directrice Associée and Directrice des activités conseil, specializing in strategic coaching for leaders during transitional phases. Since September 2021, Villenave has been a member of the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat, a group of 150 leaders dedicated to creating ambitious commitments for a sustainable economy. Prior to Exco, Villenave worked at Mazars from 1998 to 2001 as a consultant in strategy and organization, with expertise in various sectors. Educational qualifications include an Exécutive Master from HEC Paris, a Master Coach certification from the Institut international de coaching, and a DEC in expertise comptable.
