Hoyun Kim

Hoyun leads the legal and HR functions at ExecOnline, partnering with senior management in legal matters, as well as talent management and recruitment.

Prior to joining the company, Hoyun served as General Counsel and Chief People Officer of Frontier Strategy Group, an emerging markets research and data firm.

During her years at FSG, she established the company’s foreign operations in Singapore and London, led the global talent acquisition strategy and worked closely with international sales teams. Earlier in her career, Hoyun practiced law at several Washington, D.C. law firms where she specialized in commercial transactions and litigation. She holds a BA in English Literature from George Washington University where she also received her law degree.
