Brenda Beckett, MA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is a seasoned management consultant and executive coach with extensive experience across various industries including high tech, clean tech, biotech, pharma, and nonprofits. Currently serving as Principal Analyst and Interim Director at Beckett Consulting, Brenda specializes in finance, HR, and total rewards consulting and coaching, focusing on strategic planning, human capital management, and digital transformation strategies. Brenda also holds the position of Executive Coach for nonprofit leaders through Executive Coaches of Orange County. Previous roles include human resources leadership at companies such as Omnitracs and Solekai Systems, as well as VP of Human Resources at Sequoia Solar. Brenda’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, with certifications in compensation and total rewards management.
