Lori Costew

Lori Costew is an accomplished executive coach at Executive Core since October 2023 and an award-winning author with recognition such as the Reader's Favorite Award for "Sherpa's Adventure: Saving the Future" and the Indie Excellence Award for "Sherpa's Adventure: Destroying the Hologram." Costew has also served as an Impact Advisory Board Member for Handshake, focusing on enhancing connections between employers and promoting skills-based hiring from June 2022 to June 2024. With a significant tenure at Ford Motor Company from February 1993 to March 2023, Costew held several leadership positions including Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and Head of HR for various key divisions, where responsibilities included advancing DEI initiatives and leading HR strategies for innovative growth areas such as Autonomous Vehicles. Costew holds a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and has training from The Hudson Institute.
