Anna A. Tavis

Anna A. Tavis, PhD, serves as the Department Chair and Clinical Professor in the Human Capital Management Department at New York University since August 2016, overseeing multiple MS degrees and certificate programs. In addition to current roles on the Editorial Advisory Council for the Journal of Total Rewards and as a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board, Anna A. Tavis has held significant positions such as Senior Editor for People + Strategy Journal and Academic Program Director for the MS in Human Capital Management at Columbia University. Education credentials include a PhD and an MA in Comparative Literature from Princeton University, along with an Executive MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Linguistics.
