J Mitchell, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at Barry-Wehmiller, driving transformational change across a $650M packaging machinery platform and orchestrating a multimillion-dollar international merger. As the founder of 4pm Investment Group, LLC, J Mitchell focuses on creating sustainable value through operational improvements in companies. Additionally, J Mitchell is an Executive Mentor at Executive Springboard, LLC, and an adjunct professor at Marquette University, teaching Lean Six Sigma concepts to students in Supply Chain Management. Previous experience includes significant roles at GA Industries, Rexnord, Sears, and Harley-Davidson, where J Mitchell consistently delivered impactful results and led large-scale transformations. J Mitchell holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSE in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering, and a BSME from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
