Jeffrey D. Allen

Jeffrey D. Allen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Evia Bio since May 2024, Jeffrey holds strategic advisory roles at Pluristyx, Inc. and High Ridge Venture, as well as serving as an executive coach at Executive Springboard, LLC. Previous positions include Corporate Vice President for Cell Therapy Solutions at Charles River Laboratories and various advisory roles at Gift of Life Biologics and Essent Biologics. From 2019 to 2021, Jeffrey was President and CEO of Cellero, and from 2015 to 2018, served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO of Innovative Blood Resources. Jeffrey also led the American Red Cross’s biomedical services in the Pacific Northwest and Northern CA. Jeffrey earned an MBA from UC Irvine and a BS in Finance with an emphasis on Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
