Bikram Singh

Bikram Singh is an experienced technology management professional currently serving as Principal at Executive Technocrats Inc since December 2013, overseeing technology services, staff augmentation operations, PMO, business continuity, and information security. With a strong background in managing transformational change and P&L management, Bikram has successfully delivered greenfield start-ups and implemented significant cost restructuring initiatives. Prior roles include Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included deployment planning, release management, and user acceptance testing for insurance operations, as well as project management positions at West Suburban Bank and First Group. Bikram’s extensive experience originates from a tenure at Motorola Mobility, where management of test architecture and QA processes was pivotal. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and degrees in Environmental Health Engineering and Civil Engineering.
