Ruchira Dam Paul

Ruchira Dam Paul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Executive Tracks Associates Pvt. Ltd. since November 2016, Ruchira also holds the positions of Principal Consultant and Lead Consultant within the company. Prior experience includes functioning as Delivery Lead at TRANSEARCH from August 2015 to November 2016 and serving as Assistant Manager Projects at DEININGER Consulting from January 2015 to August 2016. Ruchira began the career in talent acquisition at ZEDPOINT Management Services Pvt. Ltd. from August 2008 to May 2013. Ruchira holds a Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication from Delhi University and a Bachelor's degree in English Honors from Assam University, complemented by education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
