Daritta Latham

Daritta Latham is an experienced Implementation Activation Specialist with a focus on Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Sorrian, and Allscripts. Currently employed at CSI Healthcare IT since October 2016, Latham has also held positions with multiple organizations, including ExecuTrain of Kentucky, TEKsystems, Physician Technology Partners, The HCI Group, Optimum Healthcare IT, and Encore Consulting. Latham's expertise encompasses a range of EMR activation specialties, including Epic Op-Time, ClinDoc, CPOE, Ambulatory, HomeHealth & Hospice, as well as the implementation of Cerner and Meditech solutions. Latham holds a Master’s degree from Tiffin University and a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Associate of Arts degree from David N. Myers University.
