La’Tosha Johnson

La'Tosha Johnson, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. La’Tosha currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at ExED, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Human Resources Manager at ExED from June 2021. La’Tosha also worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at ExED from August 2018 to June 2021. Before joining ExED, La'Tosha held the position of Human Resource Coordinator/Office Manager at Tipco Engineering from August 2015 to August 2018. Additionally, in 2023, they were competitively selected to participate in the 2023 Workforce Leadership Network (WLN) program at Coro Southern California, a leadership development program for professionals in the Greater Los Angeles region.

La’Tosha Johnson, MBA, has a strong educational background in business administration and project management. La’Tosha obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from Capella University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Graduate Certification in Business Administration from Capella University in 2018, focusing on becoming a business consultant.

La’Tosha also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, earned from the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2016. La’Tosha has a solid foundation in business principles and practices from their undergraduate studies.

Before pursuing higher education, La’Tosha completed their General Education with a High School Diploma from Inglewood High School, where they graduated in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, La’Tosha has obtained a certification as a Notary Public, conferred by the National Notary Association in September 2019. This certification further enhances their professional qualifications and demonstrates their commitment to providing efficient and reliable service in their field.
