Nina Ayer

Nina Ayer has extensive work experience in the legal field. Nina is currently the VP of Corporate Legal Affairs & Operations at Exelixis, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President and Senior Counsel from December 2019 to April 2022. Nina also had various roles at Coty Inc., including Associate General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Counsel from December 2012 to January 2018. Before joining Coty Inc., they worked as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP from September 2008 to December 2012. Nina began their career as a Litigation Paralegal at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2003 to 2005.

Nina Ayer has a JD from Boston University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and English Language and Literature from The George Washington University, and a Master of Laws degree from Tsinghua University. Nina also attended West Windsor Plainsboro HS.
