Leah Cuadros Vogely

Leah Cuadros Vogely is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative strategy and design leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at Make Studio Baltimore since June 2023, Leah advocates for the organization's mission and supports strategic advancement and financial planning. As the Director of Experience Design and Delivery Enablement at Exelon since January 2018, Leah leads Product Design, Architecture, and DevSecOps teams, focusing on maximizing business value through lean portfolio strategies. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Solution Design & Digital Ops at Exelon, Visiting Faculty at Pratt Institute, and President of LV Productions, which specializes in web design and multimedia services.
