Lynne Demonte

Lynne DeMonte, MS, PMP, serves as a Principal Project Manager at Exelon since August 2017, focusing on Enterprise Resource Management and Enterprise Performance Management transformation programs. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Baltimore County, overseeing the project management office and delivering strategic projects, and as Head of Operations and Principal Consultant at the PPM transparency group, where Lynne led a PMO strategic transformation initiative. Lynne's consulting expertise was further honed at LCD Consulting Services LLC, and significant contributions were made at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in various IT and PMO leadership positions, implementing quality review programs and developing project management standards. Academically, Lynne holds a Master’s of Information Systems in Business Technology Management from Stevenson University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Villa Julie College.
