Pete Longo

Manager, Support Services at Exelon

Pete Longo is an experienced manager with a strong background in utility billing and customer experience. Currently serving as the Manager of Support Services at Exelon since March 2018, Pete is responsible for creating the vision and strategy for all Exelon Utilities Billing and Payment Products across digital channels. Previously, from March 2013 to March 2018, Pete managed the eChannel strategy for PECO, overseeing web, IVR, mobile, and social media platforms, and also held the title of Manager of Customer Experience. Pete holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Neumann University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Peirce College.
