Roger Caetano

Roger Caetano began their work experience in 2006 at GE Healthcare, where they served as a Manufacturing Program Leader, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Roger led a team in transitioning a new product from design to manufacturing and ensured the verification and approval of the product's design history files. In 2009, Roger joined IMI CCI as a Program Manager, Project Manager, and Supply Chain professional. Roger managed multiple projects in the Oil & Gas, Nuclear, and Chemical Valves Aftermarket, resulting in a significant increase in shipments and improved year-over-year performance. From 2017 to 2022, Roger worked at Hycor Biomedical LLC as the Director of Engineering and Director of R&D. Their responsibilities included managing research and development, overseeing the supply chain and supplier negotiations, and leading the medical device development program team. In 2022, Roger joined Exemplis LLC as a New Product Introduction Program Manager.

Roger Caetano completed an Extension in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the year 1999. Roger then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, but the specific start and end years are not provided.
