Olivia Kuykendall

Olivia Kuykendall is an economist with extensive experience in both regulatory and analytical roles. Currently, Kuykendall works at Exeter Associates as an economist since April 2022. Prior to this, Kuykendall served as a Regulatory Economist II and Regulatory Economist I at the Maryland Public Service Commission from June 2019 to April 2022. Early career experiences include an economics internship at the FDA and research assistance with the University of Maryland Extension, where important projects included evaluations of farm transition workshops and risk management workshops. Additional roles include community consulting with Social Entrepreneur Corps and internships with the Chesapeake Climate Action Network and Friends Of Van Cortlandt Park. Kuykendall holds a degree in Agricultural Resources and Economics from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Economics at Purdue University.
