They also took charge of developing region-specific invoice templates for key regions.
From 2011 to 2015, Marion held two roles at Infor. As a Billing Specialist, they oversaw financial transactions and billing processes within India, ensuring compliance with regional and global regulatory structures. They also audited invoices, reviewed orders and contracts, and produced reports for key stakeholders. In their subsequent role as a Revenue Accountant, Marion coordinated with business managers and other departments to report and analyze financial metrics. They developed balance sheets and timetables, drafted monthly reports, and fostered transparency and compliance across the organization.
In 2015, Marion transitioned into marketing at Synopsys Simpleware Software, starting as a Marketing Assistant and later becoming a Marketing Officer at Exeter College in 2023. In these roles, Marion conducted research into advertising options and lead generations, supported their colleagues, and contributed to policy and process improvements. They also built relationships with various departments and stakeholders, gaining insights into the business operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Prior to their transition into marketing, Marion worked as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Synopsys Simpleware Software, where they managed schedules, handled communication, and supported the drafting and distribution of documentation. They also built relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of the business and suggesting policy and process reforms.
Before entering the professional world, Marion worked as a Waitress at Cafe Rouge, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of dining guests.
Marion Jacquot obtained a Baccalaureate degree in Economic and Social Science (with Maths) from Lycee Jean Perrin in the years 2000 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Political Science and Government from Université Lumière Lyon 2, from 2003 to 2006. Marion then went on to complete their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Planning and Sustainable Development at Université Paul Cézanne from 2006 to 2008.
