Dave Prosser

Dave Prosser, MBA has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the telecommunications and manufacturing industries. Dave began their career at Iris Power Engineering, where they rapidly advanced through various positions and played a key role in the company's expansion and growth. Dave then joined Creation Technologies as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully managed the transfer of a production line without business interruption. Prosser later joined EXFO as Director of Operations, where they led multiple plant operations and introduced radical business process and management changes to improve productivity and profitability. Dave also served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they implemented changes to reduce design time to market and enhance quality and profitability. Throughout their career, Prosser has demonstrated strong leadership, managerial and problem-solving skills. Dave holds an MBA degree.

Dave Prosser, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Athabasca University Faculty of Business in the years 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Athabasca University. Earlier in their education, they attended Sheridan College, where they studied Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology.
