Kimberly Vaughn

Kimberly Vaughn has a diverse background in the spa and wellness industry. Kimberly currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Exhale Spa since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Operations at VIO Med Spa from 2021 to 2022. Kimberly was also a PAC Board Member at Catherie Hinds Institute of Esthetics from 2013 to present. From 2018 to 2021, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and Catherine Hinds Company. Kimberly has experience in operations, having worked in roles such as Operations at MiniLuxe from 2014 to 2018 and Director of SPA + Fitness at InterContinental Hotels Group from 2012 to 2014. Kimberly also held various roles at Exhale Spa, including national director of operations and mind body spa director, from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they were Spa Director at Bella Sante Spas from 2004 to 2006 and Stonewater Spas from 2002 to 2004.

Kimberly Vaughn earned their Esthetics Certificate from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Salem State University from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a field of study in Sports Medicine.
