Soumitra Mukherjee

Soumitra Mukherjee has extensive experience in commercial and finance roles within the electrical and power sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial and Finance for Roorkee and Haridwar at Exide Industries Limited since November 2017, Soumitra has also held the position of Dy. General Manager at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd. since December 2011. Prior to these roles, Soumitra had a long tenure at Exide Industries Limited from June 1998 to November 2011 as Zonal Sales Manager and worked as Dy. Commercial Manager at Williamson Magor & Co. Ltd from June 1989 to April 1998. Educational background includes studies at Nava Nalanda High School and Springdales School Pusa Road in New Delhi.
