Pratik Shrestha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and service delivery management. Currently, Pratik serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Exigo Tech, a role held since February 2017, following positions as Senior Service Delivery Manager and Account and Service Manager within the same company.
