Horia Garlonta

Horia Garlonta has extensive work experience at Eximprod, where they have been since 2005. Horia started as an engineer in the Business Unit SCADA and later became a Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of SCADA Department, overseeing a team of 25 engineers across multiple cities. Horia has been involved in over 100 projects, working on Control Centers, Local RTUs, Protection Relays, Automation, R&D, and innovative engineering. Horia'swork has set a high standard in quality of services for various clients in the energy sector. Prior to joining Eximprod, Horia worked as a shop assistant at Sonya's Jewelry and Leather in Eureka Springs, Arkansas in 2004.

Horia Garlonta started their education in 2000 at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers. Horia successfully completed this program in 2005, earning the title of Engineer.

In the same year, Horia Garlonta also participated in a Stage de fin d'études at Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC), focusing on PKI deployment. This stage lasted for one year.

Afterward, in 2005, Horia Garlonta joined the Academia de Studii Economice din București for a Master's degree program in IT&C Security. Horia graduated from this institution in 2007.
