Alicia Threadgill

Alicia Threadgill is an experienced Realtor® currently with EXIT Real Estate Consultants since January 2018, following a tenure as a Licensed Realtor at EXIT Real Estate Solutions from May 2017 to January 2018. Prior to their real estate career, Alicia served as a Purpose Driven Recruiting Consultant at Reveal Global Intelligence from June 2015 to May 2017 and as an Executive Recruiter at Ascendo Resources for six months in 2015. Alicia began their professional journey in human resources at Target, where responsibilities included enhancing staffing processes and managing payroll for a $45M retail store from May 2012 to January 2015. Additionally, Alicia worked as an Account Executive at Living Green Lawnscapes, Inc. from January 2005 to May 2012, overseeing all business operations for the family-owned landscaping company. Alicia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Queens University of Charlotte, earned between 2010 and 2012.
