Tim Hubbard

Tim Hubbard is a seasoned professional in the fields of geology and real estate, currently serving as a Senior Geologist and Project Manager at Thoroughbred since September 2024. Tim has extensive experience as a Realtor at Exit Realty Crutcher, a position held since August 2016, and previously worked as a Site Selection Consultant at Acadia Investments from January 2019 to September 2024. Additionally, Tim operated Hubbard Environmental Consulting, LLC as an Environmental Consultant from September 2018 to September 2024 and held the position of Environmental Scientist Consultant Senior at the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection from April 1990 until August 2018.
