Andy Hubba

Andy Hubba is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the real estate and business sectors. As the Owner of List to Sell LLC since October 2010, Andy has developed a strong presence in the real estate market. Additionally, involvement with the Entrepreneurs Organization of Southeast Virginia since April 2007 has enhanced networking capabilities among global business owners. As the original franchisee of EXIT Realty Professionals since September 2006, Andy serves a wide range of clients in Southeast Virginia's residential real estate market. Previous experience includes ownership of a Subway location in Lynnhaven Mall from May 2002 to December 2007, prior to transitioning to real estate. Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University, which was completed in 2000.
