Michael Beyer possesses extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles across various sectors, including education and real estate. Currently serving in People Consulting at EY since December 2021, Michael leads global change management initiatives related to AI tools and policies. Prior to this, a senior consultant at Clerestory Consulting, Michael contributed to transformational change before its acquisition by EY. Michael's background also includes serving as Chief of Staff at Openlands, where collaborative leadership supported diverse organizational areas. As a principal in the Chicago Public Schools system for over 18 years, Michael was responsible for educational outcomes and strategic improvements across several schools. With a Doctorate in Urban Education and Leadership and multiple degrees in education and related fields, Michael combines academic knowledge with practical experience in driving change and fostering development.
