Gary Firth

Gary Firth has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of product design, digital product management, and user experience (UX) design.

Starting in 2016, Gary worked as a UX Design Consultant at Sonik Pocket until May 2017. Gary then joined RHA Technologies Ltd. as a Design Intern in June 2017.

Gary subsequently took on the role of Marketing Engineer at Pressure Profile Systems from March 2017 to July 2017.

In February 2018, Gary worked as a UX Design Consultant at Sainsbury's for a period of three months.

Gary then moved on to CTC Pensions Technology, where they held multiple positions. From August 2019 to June 2021, they served as a UX Designer. In June 2021, Gary transitioned to the role of Digital Product Manager and UX Consultant until March 2023.

Currently, Gary is employed at Exizent as a Product Designer starting from March 2023.

Gary Firth completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial and Product Design at Loughborough University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they have pursued several additional certifications including a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute in December 2020 and various courses from The Interaction Design Foundation, such as Design for the 21st Century with Don Norman, Journey Mapping, Data-Driven Design: Quantitative Research for UX, Human-Computer Interaction - HCI, Information Visualization, Psychology of E-Commerce: How to Sell Online, and UX Management: Strategy and Tactics.
