Kapil Tayal

Kapil Tayal currently serves as the VP of Analytics Practice for Marketing Solutions at EXL since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kapil held the position of Senior Principal at Accenture from August 2012 to December 2022, and Associate Director at Merkle from June 2008 to August 2012. Earlier experience includes working as an Analytics Consultant at Marketing Analytics Inc from October 2005 to June 2008, and as a Marketing Database Analyst at State Farm Insurance from January 2004 to October 2005. Kapil Tayal holds a B. Tech in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
