Nausad Ali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and analytics. Currently serving as Workforce Planning and Analytics Manager at EXL since February 2023, Nausad previously held the position of Manager Workforce Management at Teleperformance from March 2022 to February 2023. Prior roles include WFM Assistant Manager at Tech Mahindra, Sr. Workforce Management Analyst at Accenture in India, Workforce Lead at Cox & Kings, and Ops Business Analyst at Sitel. Nausad holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Mumbai, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
