Karen Hutcheson, CMP, MAHRI has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. Karen is currently the Head of People (Asia) at Exness, a global trading company. Prior to that, they served as the Director of People, Thailand at Delivery Hero (foodpanda) and held the position of Global People Projects Leader at Agoda. In addition, Karen has worked as the HR Talent Management & Resource Manager at CenITex, Change Manager and Project Manager at Telstra, Director of Training and Development at Sutherland Global Services, Regional Training Manager at Kuoni Group, Training Manager International at West Corporation, Training Manager at INFONXX, and School/Training Coordinator at Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. Karen'sexperiences encompass various aspects of people management, including talent acquisition, training and development, change management, and project management.

Karen Hutcheson, CMP, MAHRI holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of the Philippines. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health from the University of Sydney in October 2022, Diversity & Inclusion for HR Professionals from UC Irvine in October 2022, and The Science of Well Being from Yale University in October 2021. Further, Karen is a Certified Member (CM) of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). Karen also holds a certification as a Change Management Practitioner from APMG International.
