Michael Michailidis has a diverse work experience in various roles related to customer experience and user interface design. Michael is currently employed at Exness as a CX/UX Specialist. Prior to that, they worked as a User Experience Designer at Digital Tree from November 2020 to October 2021. Michael also served as a User Experience Designer at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS from March 2020 to August 2020, where they supported the Product and CRO team in enhancing the customer experience of eCommerce shops and collaborated with other designers and content strategists to deliver concepts, designs, and prototypes. Before that, Michael was a UX Researcher at Ontology Engineering Group (UPM) from February 2019 to April 2019, where they evaluated the User Experience of Question-Answering platforms. Michael Michailidis has a diverse education history spanning several years. Michael started their education journey by completing high school at Lyceum - Kykkou B in Nicosia, Cyprus from 2008 to 2011. Michael then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Essex, which they successfully completed from 2013 to 2016.
After their undergraduate studies, Michael went on to pursue a Master's degree in Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Michael attended this program from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, Michael joined Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) to pursue a Master's Program in ICT Innovation, specializing in Human Computer Interaction and Design with a focus on Situated Interaction as part of the EIT (European Institute of Innovation and Technology) Program. Michael completed this program in 2020.
Additionally, Michael obtained a certification in "Integrating personalized mobility solutions for Digital Cities (Tallinn Summer School) - Business Development" from EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology in 2019.
