Polina Ruska

Polina Ruska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Polina most recently worked at Exness as a Trading Operations Manager. Prior to that, they served as a Data Office Senior Project Manager at Exness and a Senior Analytics & Insights Manager IT at Procter & Gamble. Polina also held various roles at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, including Insights Operations Manager, Data Insights & Strategic Planning Manager, Marketing Information & Strategic Planning Manager, Marketing Information Manager, Research Project Manager, Marketing Information Analyst, Business Analyst, and Demand Planning Analyst. Polina began their career as an Accountant Trainee at Russian Standard Vodka. Throughout their career, Polina has gained a wealth of experience in analytics, insights, strategic planning, and project management.

Polina Ruska has a strong educational background in finance and economics. In 2013, they obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Saint Petersburg State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economic Theory and Economic Policy from the same university in 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Polina has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Polina completed the Change Management PRACTITIONER and Change Management Foundation programs offered by APMG International in May and April 2023, respectively. In August 2022, they obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice after completing the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training in July 2022.

Polina also acquired the Successful Project Management (SPM) certification through Procter & Gamble in April 2022. In March 2022, they completed a Data Science course at SkillFactory. Additionally, they completed the Drives results through Performance Management - Guided Course offered by CrossKnowledge in November 2020.
