Sotiris Kapsomeras has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sotiris started their career at MAKRO Hellas in 2003 as an Administration Supervisor and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2017, they joined LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A as a Treasury Manager, where they were responsible for negotiating with banks, conducting investment analysis, and managing cash flows. In 2017, they moved to LAMDA Malls S.A as an Investment Manager, focusing on business planning, financial modeling, and risk assessment for the "Hellinikon Project." Sotiris worked there until 2020 when they joined Delfi Partners & Company as a Senior Real Estate Fund Manager. In 2021, they became the Investment Director at Intercontinental International REIC (ICI) before moving to Kition Ocean Holdings Ltd in November 2021. In their role as Chief Investment Analyst, Sotiris was actively involved in the business planning and scenarios analysis for the Redevelopment of Larnaca Port & Marina Project. Currently, they are working at Exness as a Real Estate Investment Analyst.
Sotiris Kapsomeras completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Piraeus from 1994 to 1998. Sotiris then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, specializing in Corporate Finance and General Management, which they completed from 2001 to 2003.
