Neha Rai

Neha Rai currently holds the position of Legal Associate at EXO Edge since December 2023, while also working as a Legal Researcher at the Punjab AG Office since December 2019. Previously, Neha served as a Consultant at Aeren LPO for a brief period in late 2023 and worked as a Legal Researcher at RITES Ltd. from June 2019 to December 2019. Neha's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, completed between July 2022 and October 2023, along with a BA LLB degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law obtained from Chandigarh University in August 2021. Neha also studied Law at Chandigarh University from 2016 to 2021 and attended Indo Juris Legal in 2021.
