Lisa Tollman

Lisa is Exo’s Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. She brings over 25 years of commercial leadership experience in healthcare, consumer products, and consulting spanning a wide range of industry-leading companies across global geographies, in pre-revenue startups and Fortune 500 public companies.

Prior to Exo, Lisa spent 15 years at the biotechnology company, Amgen, most recently, as Executive Director and Head of U.S. Marketing Operations and Innovation. Before joining Amgen, Lisa spent several years in consumer marketing within the Consumer-Packaged Goods and Technology industries at companies like General Mills and ConAgra Foods. Earlier in her career, Lisa worked for 7 years as a management consultant with Accenture, guiding companies to success and gaining broad business process and management experience.

Lisa earned her B.A. (Honors) in mathematics and economics from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, MA.
