Charles Corbin

Charles Corbin is an experienced professional in the field of human services, currently serving as a Substance Use Counselor-CASAC-T at Exodus Transitional Community, Inc. since August 2021. In addition to this role, Charles has held positions such as Program Director for a Community-Based Residential Program, Case Manager/Housing Specialist, and Residential Advisor, all focused on supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration and addressing substance use issues. As the Founder of The Proper Perspectives INC, Charles specializes in trauma-informed training for various organizations. Additionally, involvement in the Alternatives to Violence Project and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene highlights a commitment to community-based solutions for violence and health justice. Charles is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
