Veronica McGregor

Veronica McGregor's work experience includes serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Exodus since 2022. Veronica has also been an Advisory Board Member at the Filecoin Foundation and Parallel Payments Ltd since 2021. From 2018 to 2022, Veronica McGregor worked as the Chief Legal Officer at ShapeShift.io, where they were responsible for global legal strategy and regulatory affairs. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Goodwin, Hogan Lovells, and Jones Day, specializing in financial services and advising companies on state and federal laws and regulations. Veronica McGregor began their career as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP and also served as a Law Clerk at the EEOC.

Veronica McGregor obtained a JD degree in Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) between 1995 and 1998.
