Mari Källström, Ph.D.

Mari Källström, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the field of analytics and data management. Mari is currently the Chief Analytics Officer at Exopen, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sopra Steria as a Personnel Manager, Senior Data & Analytics Strategist, and Business Development professional from March 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining Sopra Steria, Mari held the position of Head of Applai, Smartification Officer, and AI & Data Analytics expert at Applai from September 2019 to March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at CGI as the Director of Consulting Services in BI & Analytics, Data Management, and Analytical Platforms from May 2018 to September 2019. Mari also briefly worked as the Director of Consulting Services and BI & Data Analytics professional at CGI from May 2018 to September 2018.

Mari's experience also includes working as an Engagement Manager in Strategy & Transformation at Bisnode from August 2016 to May 2018. Mari began their career as an Analytical Consultant at Google from January 2016 to June 2016. Before that, they worked as a Consultant/Senior Analyst at Ennova from December 2008 to January 2016.

During their academic journey, Mari worked as a PhD Researcher at Aarhus School of Business from August 2010 to January 2012. Prior to that, they were a PhD student at Stockholm School of Economics from September 2005 to June 2009. Mari started their professional career as a Project Manager, Statistician, and Analyst at Svenskt Kvalitetsindex from May 2004 to September 2008.

Mari Källström, Ph.D. has a diverse and extensive education history. Mari completed a Leadership Program at Mercuri International in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Statistics/Performance Management from Aarhus University from 2011 to 2012.

Mari also pursued their academic career at Stockholm School of Economics, where they were a Ph.D. student studying Economic Statistics from 2005 to 2009. Before that, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Statistics from Stockholm University in 2003.

In addition to their studies in Statistics, Mari engaged with the field of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Karolinska Institutet in 2003. Mari began their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics and law from Stockholm University from 2000 to 2003.

Furthermore, Mari dabbled in Mathematics and Physics at Umeå University in 1999, prior to completing their high school education at Hjalmar Strömer skolan from 1996 to 1999, with a specialization in Science.

Finally, Mari Källström obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2020.
