Monish Bag

Monish Bag is an experienced operations and support professional currently working at Exotel as part of the Delivery & Support team since June 2022. Prior to this, Monish held roles at Testbook as a Support Executive from January 2021 to June 2022, at JindalX as a ZOMATO Customer Delivery Associate from December 2019 to August 2020, and at VIVID TECHNO as a Web Developer and Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to November 2019. Monish also worked at NetcoreInfo Business Services as a Web Developer and Business Development Executive from April 2019 to June 2019. Monish holds an Executive PG Programme in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (December 2021 - January 2023) and a BCA in IT from Trinity Institute of Professional Studies, Dwarka (2016 - 2019). Early education was completed at Raisina Bengali Sr. Sec. School from 2007 to 2016.
