Michael Poczatek

Michael Poczatek is a seasoned Senior Architect and Senior Project Manager presently working at exp Federal since January 2021. Prior to this role, Michael founded and served as President of Linea Design-Build from May 2019 to January 2021, specializing in high-rise and high-density residential design as well as modular construction in Downtown Chicago. Michael's extensive experience includes a position as Senior Architect at P H P from 2004 to 2019 and as Project Architect at S M L A from 1999 to 2004, where involvement included small and mid-size residential developments and renovations of Chicago Housing Authority high-rises. Michael holds a degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Architecture.
