Brian Torry

Brian Torry is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Brokerage Operations for Canada East at eXp Realty Canada since March 2023. As a Partner at InCommon Projects since January 2019, Brian manages the search and purchase of infill sites for residential developments and oversees project financing. Previously, Brian held the position of Broker of Record at PSR Brokerage from June 2020 to March 2023, providing leadership on regulatory compliance and advising agents on legal matters. Brian's extensive involvement with the Toronto Real Estate Board included various leadership roles from July 2017 to February 2022, focusing on professional development and governance. As President and Founder of First Property Management Toronto from January 2015 to April 2021, Brian established and managed operations for a boutique management firm. Earlier roles include General Manager and Manager at Bosley Real Estate Ltd. and Broker positions at Coldwell Banker Case Realty and Bosley Real Estate. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Natural Science and an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Outdoor Recreation, Parks, and Tourism from Lakehead University.
